AHPS is the first place to be! To enroll your child at AHPS, you should know that the school admission forms and notifications usually get released during January and the school admissions end on July 30. However, the admission conduction is held during different periods in different locations (which can only be extended through a school decision).

Parents are advised to connect to the nearest AHPS of their locality regarding the exact time of the admission process. The parents shall have all the required documents and ample time to visit to get to know more about the school before admission.

    Admission procedures in CBSE Schools are on a first-come-first-served basis and seats are limited. Admissions will only be confirmed once the necessary documents and the first-term fee payment is made. Fees once paid will be strictly non-refundable.

    – Keep these Documents Ready 

    Note– Attested Copies must be ready along with the Admission Form of that Year 

    • Birth certificate issued by the authority competent to register birth for class I
    • Adhar Card, Passport Size photograph of the student 
    • Transfer certificate issued by the school last attended if class II and onwards.
    • Proof of relationship of either of the child’s parents with the Hon’ble Member of Parliament or PSU Employee, if applicable.
    • Category certificates of the candidates of SC/ST/EWS/ OBC-NCL/ BPL categories issued by the competent authority.
    • Disability certificate, from the civil surgeon/rehabilitation centre or any other competent authority.
    •  Certificate of retirement from uniformed Defence employees 
    • Proof of Residence, Photocopy of Address proof and Parent’s Pan Card
    • A service certificate showing no. of transfers during the period of 7 years duly signed and stamped by the head of the office bearing the name, and designation.
